Willingboro High School participates in the Nationalà School Lunch Program, a federally assisted meal programà which provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost orà free breakfast and lunchà to children eachà schoolà day. Health and Physical Education is mandatory for all students.
Parent/Community involvement includes: Access to the Parent Portal via Genesis and website updates. Active Parent Teacher and Student Association; Parent Back to School Night; Participation in the Burlington County Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Committee and various other events. Prtnership with Red Cross conducting 2 blood drives per year which yield donations specifically geared for African Americans receipents with Sickle Cell; Partnership with Faith in Action Youth Advocacy Organitzation; Partnership with Pennies For Patients Leukimia Awareness.
The building was constructed in 1975 and measures 227,623 sq. ft. In 2014, renovation were made to windows, HVAC, boiler replacement, toilet rooms, interior doors, air conditioning of main office, all classrooms and cafeteria. Also, the bathrooms, science Labs, cafeteria and auditorium were recent upgraded. In 2019 the air conditioning chiller tower was replaced.
Willingboro High School continues building capacity to become a Google Classroom School in tandem with our goals to produce 21st Century Career Ready graduates
